Self Confidence

I know that I lack of self-confidence. I don't know why I just can't overcome this bad habit. Maybe its because I don't know how to? Or maybe its because I just can't change. After all, there's a saying that leopards cannot never change its spots or something.

All these times, everybody tell me that i have no self-confidence. I don't know why I HAVE NONE. that's why sometimes i admire those that have a lot of self-confidence people.

Okay, I have to stop thinking in the Child Ego State. I shouldn't let my emotions run over my head. I have to think in the Adult Ego State, think with my head not my heart....
